The Dengue NS1 Antigen Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Dengue virus NS1 antigen in human serum, plasma or whole blood. It is intended to be used by professionals as a screening test and provides a preliminary test result to aid in the diagnosis of infection with the dengue virus. For professional in vitro diagnostic use only.
Introduction Dengue virus belongs to a serotype subgroup in the family flaviridae, mainly transmitted through vectorial insects such as Aedes aegypti and Aedes alboptus, causing dengue fever and dengue shock syndrome with high morbidity and mortality. The Dengue NS1 Antigen Rapid Test is a rapid lateral flow immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Dengue virus NS1 antigen and can give a result in 15 minutes by minimally skilled personnel without any laboratory equipment.
Product Features Product Name:Dengue NS1 Antigen Rapid Test Sample Type:Serum, plasma or whole blood Loading Volume:10ul Reaction Time:15 mins Shelf Life:24 months Storage:36-96°F (2-40℃)
Test Procedure The test should be operated at room temperature 59-96°F (15-40℃). 1. Balance the test cassette, specimen and buffer to reach room temperature before testing. 2. Remove the test cassette from the foil pouch and use it as soon as possible. 3. Place the test cassette on a flat and clean surface. Transfer the specimen by a pipette or a dropper: To use a Pipette: 4. Transfer 10μL of Serum, Plasma, or Whole blood specimen into the Sample Well (S) of the test cassette, then add 2 drops of sample buffer into the Buffer Well (B) and start the timer. Avoid air bubbles in the Sample and Buffer well. See illustration below. To use Dropper: 5. Hold the dropper vertically and fill the capillary part of the dropper (not exceed the capillary part )with Serum, Plasma or Whole blood specimen (10μL), then carefully dispense the specimen into the Sample Well (S) of the test cassette, then add 2 drops of sample buffer into the Buffer Well (B) and start the timer. Avoid air bubbles in the Sample and Buffer well. 6. Wait for the colored line(s) to appear and read the results at 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes. If positive signal appears after 20 minutes, it should not be reported as positive.
The Dengue Ag&Ab Combo Rapid Test is a rapid membrane based chromatographic immunoassay for for the qualitative detection of NS1 antigen and IgM/IgG antibodies to all four serotypes (DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3 and DEN-4) of Dengue virus in human serum, plasma or whole blood. It is intended to be used by professionals as a screening test and provides a preliminary test result to aid in the diagnosis of primary and secondary Dengue infection. For professional in vitro diagnostic use only.
The Dengue IgG/IgM Rapid Test is a rapid membrane based chromatographic immunoassay for qualitative and differential detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to all four serotypes (DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN- 3 and DEN-4) of Dengue virus in human serum, plasma or whole blood. It is intended to be used by professionals as a screening test and provides a preliminary test result to aid in the diagnosis of primary and secondary Dengue infection. For professional in vitro diagnostic use only.

The Malaria P.f/P.v Antigen Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Histidine-Rich Protein II (HRP-II) specific to Plasmodium falciparum (P.f) and Plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase (pLDH) specific to Plasmodium vivax (P.v) in human whole blood specimen. It is intended to be used by professionals as a screening test and provides a preliminary test result to aid in the diagnosis of infection with Malaria. For professional in vitro diagnostic use only.
C-peptide Rapid Quantitative Test (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) is used for in vitro quantitative detection of the C-peptide concentration in human serum and plasma that contains heparin /EDTA and other anticoagulants samples, mainly used for auxiliary diagnosis of diabetes diseases.
LH Rapid Quantitative Test (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) is used for in vitro quantitative detection of the Luteinizing hormone (LH) concentration in human serum and plasma that contains heparin /EDTA and other anticoagulants samples, mainly used for auxiliary diagnosis of reproductive hormones diseases.
Human pepsinogens I (PGI) and II (PGII) are proenzymes of pepsin—an endoproteinase of gastric juice. PGI is secreted mainly by chief cells in the fundic mucosa, whereas PGII is also secreted by the pyloric glands and the proximal duodenal mucosa. Serum PGI and PGII concentrations and the ratio between PGI and PGII may be related to the histologic and functional status of the gastric mucosa.
